DELIVERY
Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 3 -5 working days from date of despatch. For out of stock items please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for UK mainland of £4.99 (£4.25 + VAT) per order for goods up to 15kg and up to 1.5m length.
Provided your total order value is more than £69.99 inc VAT and weighs less than 25 kilos in total, you can enjoy free delivery on shipments to UK mainland addresses* when you buy online at gouldsoutdoors.co.uk.
For overseas orders heavy and bulky items, an additional charge will apply.
All orders paid for by credit/debit card must be delivered to the address of the card holder.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without query. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in 'as new' condition along with the original packing where applicable to:

Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original despatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. We'll exchange the item or refund the cost of the goods whichever you prefer.

All transactions will be processed in British Pounds Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate operated by our clearing merchant bank.

Many factors such as the size of your order, currency and raw material price variations, manufacturer price changes and competitor prices affect the price of product that we sell.
Prices listed on our web site are not binding, however should the prices differ we will advise you immediately. Errors and omissions excepted.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Gould's Surplus Stores (Plymouth) Ltd until such time as they have been paid for in full.

Product details and descriptions are correct at the time of creation of the site. However, due to constant product development and more efficient sourcing of product, Gould's Surplus Stores (Plymouth) Ltd reserve the right to substitute or update products with amended or improved products at any time.

Only orders placed online at http://www.gouldsoutdoors.co.uk/ for delivery to UK mainland addresses where the total order value exceeds £69.99 including VAT (but excluding delivery charges) and the total combined order weight weighs less than 25Kg qualify for free delivery. Free delivery uses our basic economy unscheduled service. Surcharges for outlying regions and/or upgrades for premium services will be applied in all cases.
